Round-up: intro

So. You may or may not have noticed that 2011 is drawing to a close.

I can't, in all honesty, say it started particularly well, but nevertheless, I've been offered some amazing new challenges, visited some extremely cool new places, moved to the other side of the world, and had some awesome experiences with my friends and family.

The whole point of starting this blog, which I have to admit I don't really consider often enough, was to make me pause and appreciate all the cool stuff that life throws my way. So in honour of that, I thought I'd do a little month-by-month round-up of 2011.

I warn you now, January's a bit of a downer. But bear with me, it gets better, I promise!
